Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Red Dragon account and all associated data at any time, directly from inside the game. No email or form is required.

Delete from inside the app

Open Red Dragon and sign in.
Go to Settings (the gear icon on the main menu).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following are erased from our servers:

Your account and sign-in identity (username and the email or Google identifier used to log in).
Your profile, statistics, ratings, and match history.
Virtual chips, cosmetics, and any unlocked items.
Your friends list and pending friend requests.
Your saved settings and preferences.

Data retention

Account and gameplay data is deleted right away. Routine server backups and basic operational logs may retain residual copies for a short period (up to 30 days) before they are overwritten, and we may retain limited records where required by law. We do not use deleted data for any other purpose.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in and need your account deleted, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process the request:
