These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Red Dragon (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Game. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

The Game may include virtual chips, cosmetics, and other in-game items. These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Game. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time. We currently do not sell in-app purchases; if that changes, additional purchase terms will apply.
The Game is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads and any advertiser is between you and the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and how to manage your ad choices.
The Game and all associated content — code, art, audio, names, and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Game or an account — including for a violation of these Terms, cheating, or abuse — at any time, with or without notice. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, in the Game. Continued play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless applicable local law grants you other rights.
